January 25th, 2012- The US Army hires GC Solar to put solar PV on their headquarters at Fort Lewis McCord. We look forward to serving our military for a change. December 12th, 2011- GCS is awarded three new public school projects commencing immediately. First step is to perform autocadd design using latest technologies demonstrated at the Dallas International conference attended by our team recently. November 18th, 2011- GC Solar completes second phase of solar PV system for Redmond High School. August 3rd, 2011- GC Solar continues growth of its education client base having been awarded yet another school project. Design phase begins this week. July 31st , 2011- GC Solar successfully energizes a new commercial school project this week. We anticipate energization of another school PV system immediately following this one within the next two weeks. September 30th 2010- GC Solar designs solar thermal project for commercial client. March 12th 2010- GCS climbing/fall protection class is established. September 19th 2009- GC Solar is hired by Norweigen based REC Group, manufacturers of high grade silicon ingots, wafers and cells to provide environmental engineering support at its Moses Lake, Washington production facility. GCS' president: "We're extremely excited to form this new relationship with such a global leader in the solar production industry". August 28th 2009- GC Solar tests "mobile solar-tracker electric car fueling station". System utilizes the new "Enphase" micro inverters for max pwr conversion. May 26th 2009 - Puget Sound Energy utility purchases 8 wind turbines from GC Solar's model turbine collection. Recent Projects 350 kW installation for confidential commercial client. Baxter Residence - Stephenville, Texas - ECO House Makeover by Sam's Club, nationally advertised. 6kw PV + 2kw wind turbine Bellevue High School - Washington - First permitted commercial PV project in 122,000 population city. |
